Builder of scalable products, cofounder of Sprint19, and creator of Contexis & the CMP Architecture. 15+ years shipping fast, lean, and reliable software for founders.
We started Sprint19 after seeing too many founders burn months (and budget) chasing the "perfect" build. Our fix was simple: tight scopes, senior hands, and feedback loops that keep you close to the user. We move from MVP to something people actually love, without the bloat.
Day to day: Rails for speed, React and mobile where it fits, AWS that's cost‑sane, and a cadence that respects runway. We build with founders, not around them. If this sounds like the partner you need → let's talk.
As AI work ramped up, one problem kept biting teams: results felt magical one day and mysterious the next. I wanted a Rails‑like developer experience for AI, so I started Contexis, a CLI‑first framework that treats AI systems like real software.
That led to CMP (Context‑Memory‑Prompt) Architecture: a simple way to make AI apps reproducible and auditable.
Context: what the model sees and why.
Memory: what persists, and with what retention policy.
Prompt: the instruction set, version‑locked.
Tie them together, and you can ship AI features you can test, roll back, and trust.
Beyond software, I've built and operated several businesses across retail and service industries. Running a fish store taught me inventory management and customer lifecycle. Print-on-demand showed me fulfillment automation and market validation. A lottery outlet meant compliance, daily operations, and cash flow management.
Each venture reinforced the fundamentals: know your numbers, solve real problems, and execute consistently. These lessons shape how I approach every technical project and advisory engagement.
I'm a family man first. That's why I'm obsessed with cutting waste — in code, meetings, and burn. Software should buy you time, not steal it. I build to make room for the work (and people) that matter.
If you're a founder who wants to get from idea to working product without wasting months, let's talk.
Looking for fractional CTO support, part-time development, or technical advisory? I'm selective about additional projects but open to the right opportunities.
